A three day weekend is coming up for the kids and I for Martin Luther King Day. Kevin still has to work. Bryce has a follow up doctor appointment on Monday to check on his ear infection and cough. The doctor wanted to check to make sure it was going away because if not, it could be asthma.
Kayla update - Kayla belly laughed last night. She's been laughing when we hold her up over our heads but last night, Kevin had her in his lap watching tv and she was full blown belly laughing at something for a while. It was so cute! We never could figure out what she was laughing at. She has been in size 2 diapers for about a week now. She can still fit into a newborn outfit (green and pink), but the pants have turned into shorts.
Bryce update - Bryce is a little in between size 1 and size 2 so we're trying to finish up the size 1. He is so skinny! We have several pairs of 0-3 size pants but they still fall off of him. He still has a couple of newborn outfits (the "center of mommy's universe" and "homegrown perfection" that he can still wear but the pants look like shorts now. I love the outfits though. :)
They are still having a little trouble sleeping through the night. Kayla wakes up four to five hours after her last feeding. Normally, we're able to lay her next to me on her side and she goes back to sleep for another three hours. Bryce falls asleep that way too. I love snuggling with my babies. :)
